Problem Possible cause and remedy
The water container became empty while a drink was being
made, however, "Mains water - On" is selected and the
coffee machine has not been plumbed in to the mains water
supply.

Check the setting for the mains water suppy (see "Settings
- Mains water").
"Please wait"
shows in the
display all the
time. Drinks
cannot be made.
