Check and fault indicator lights
Problem Possible cause Remedy
The Airways
indicator light
comes on.
This indicator light
comes on to warn you
that the dryer is not
working efficiently.
Cleaning the fluff filters is usually
all that is required.
However, if the Airways indicator
does not go out after you have
cleaned them, then also check all
the possible causes described
under "The drying process goes
on too long or even switches off".

The indicator light will go out
when you open the door, if the
dryer is switched on.
– The Airways indicator light can
be deactivated (see
"Programmable functions").
The programme
stops.
The Airways
indicator light
comes on.
No obvious cause. – First of all check if the filters
need to be cleaned.
– The indicator light will go out
when you open the door, if the
dryer is switched on.
– Then start the programme
again.
If the programme stops again and
the indicator light flashes again
there is a fault. Contact the Miele
Service Department.
The Container
indicator light
comes on.
The condensed water
container is full or
there is kink in the
drain hose.

Empty out the condensed water
container.

Check the drain hose.
–
The indicator light will go out
when the door is opened and
closed again.
