After selecting the Steam care programme, you are
alerted to load laundry.
Load laundry in the drum.

Clean the air duct area below the fluff filters.

To switch off the fault message:
Switch the dryer off and then on again.

The condensed water container is full or there is a
kink in the drain hose.
Empty the condensed water container.
Check the drain hose.

Open and close the door with the dryer switched
on or switch the dryer off and then back on.

The laundry is unevenly distributed or has rolled up.
Open the door and loosen the laundry. Remove a
few items, if necessary.
Switch the dryer off and then on again.

Start a programme.
If the programme terminates again with the same
