Problem Possible cause and remedy
Insufficient jet spray for
the Steam care
programme.
The fluff filter in the condensed water container is
clogged.
 Clean the fluff filter in the condensed water
container. See the section “Cleaning the fluff filter
in the condensed water container” in this chapter.
The spray jet in the door opening is heavily calcified.
 Replace the spray jet. See the section “Replacing
the blocked spray jet for the Steam care
programme” in this chapter.
 Only use condensed water. Do not use tap water.
Tap water leads to limescale deposits in the long run.
