Remove the drain filter completely.
Clean it thoroughly.
Remove any foreign objects (e.g. but-
tons, coins, etc.) and fluff from the fil-
ter housing. Turn the impeller by hand
to check that it rotates freely.
Replace the drain filter correctly and
tighten it securely.
Make sure the drain filter is se-
curely tightened. Otherwise there is a
risk of water leakage during use.
Opening the door
Always make sure that the drum
is stationary before reaching in to re-
move laundry. Reaching into a mov-
ing drum is extremely dangerous.
Use a screwdriver to unlock the door.
Pull open the door.
