Reduce temperature
The boiling point for water is lower at
high altitudes. In order to avoid water
boiling, Miele recommend activating
the reduce temperature setting at alti-
tudes of more than 2000m above sea
level. The maximum temperature is re-
duced to 80°C even when a higher
temperature is selected.
Options
= The reduce temperature setting
is switched off (factory default
setting)
= The reduce temperature setting

Water plus
You can determine the amount of wa-
ter used if the Water + extra is selec-
ted.
Selection
= More water is used in the wash
and rinse stages (factory de-
fault setting)
= An extra rinse is carried out
= The water level in the wash
and rinse stages is increased
and an extra rinse is carried
out
Water plus level
There are three different water levels
which can be selected by activating
the Water + extra.
Options
= No higher water level (factory
default setting)
= Water level increase by 1level
when washing and rinsing
= Water level increase by 2levels
when washing and rinsing
= Water level increase by 3levels
when washing and rinsing
Maximum rinse level
The water level in the rinse cycle can
be permanently set to the highest
value.
This function is useful for allergy suffer-
ers as it achieves an excellent rinse res-
ult. Water consumption will increase.
