Factoring
In order to calculate the value of a new or unknown test weight to the current span,
the factoring procedure is used.
For optimum accuracy in the factoring results, a
routine zero calibration is recommended.
Refer to Maneuvering for parameter selection and value change.
With the conveyor stopped and the belt empty:
initiated Factoring,
current test load value
e.g. 76.11 kg / m
dynamic test load value
e.g. 76.03 kg / m
hang new test weight onto
belt scale, then run the
conveyor empty
return to run mode
jumps to P017,
new test load value
e.g. 76.03 kg / m
