P647 totalizer display
Selects the totalizer combination to be displayed, either manually through
the scroll display key or automatically by control of the display mode (P081).
entry: 1 = totalizer 1
2 = totalizer 2
3 = totalizers 1 and 2
P648 totalizer reset, internal
Resets the internal totalizers.
entry: 0 = idle
1 = reset totalizer 2
2 = reset totalizers 1 and 2
