Usage Features

The camera offers intuitive controls for various functions:

  • Power On/Off: Tap the Power button once.
  • Mute: Tap to turn all sounds on/off.
  • Zoom In/Out: Press the Zoom In/Out buttons in Photo or Video mode. In Playback, these buttons zoom in/out on images or display multiple images.
  • Up | Flash: In Photo mode, changes flash settings (Off, Auto, On). In Playback, scrolls through files or moves the image when zoomed. In Video Playback, increases volume.
  • Right | Playback: In Photo or Video, enters playback mode. In Playback, scrolls through saved files or moves the image when zoomed.
  • Menu: Accesses menus in Video, Photo, or Playback modes.
  • Ok | Mode: In Photo or Video, switches between Photo and Video modes. In Video recording, pauses/resumes recording.
  • Down | Delete: In Photo or Video, accesses the delete menu for the last captured file. In Playback, scrolls through files or moves the image when zoomed. In Video Playback, decreases volume.
  • Display: Changes what is displayed on the LCD screen and turns the LCD screen off/on.
  • Left | Self Timer: In Photo, changes self-timer settings (Off, 2s, 5s, 10s). In Playback, scrolls through saved files or moves the image when zoomed.

Maintenance Features

  • Battery Installation: Insert the lithium-ion battery with metal contacts facing inward. The battery can only be inserted one way. To remove, slide the locking tab down.
  • Memory Card Installation: Insert a Micro SD memory card (up to 128GB) with metal contacts first. Push until an audible click is heard. Ensure the camera is powered off before insertion.
  • Charging: Connect the camera to an AC adaptor via the USB cable. An LED indicator light will turn red while charging and turn off when fully charged.
  • Cleaning: Use a slightly damp soft cloth to wipe the product. Avoid abrasive chemicals, cleaning solvents, or strong detergents. Do not touch or put pressure on the camera lens.
  • Storage: Remove the battery if storing the camera for a long period. Store in a well-ventilated area, subject to humidity of over 60%, and at temperatures between 50°C (122°F) or below -10°C (14°F).
  • Battery Care: Turn off the camera before installing/removing the battery. Use only provided batteries/chargers. Do not insert the battery upside down. Dispose of used batteries according to instructions. Keep batteries out of reach of children. Stop using if the battery's color or shape changes.
  • Memory Card Formatting: The camera allows formatting the memory card, which erases all data. This action cannot be undone.
  • Restore Default Settings: Resets all menu settings to factory defaults without deleting media on the memory card.
