In Video Mode press the MENU button.

Select using the LEFT or RIGHT buttons.
3.
Press the UP or DOWN buttons to navigate the menu, and press the
MODE/OK button to confirm your selected option (Auto, 100, 200, 400).
4.
Press the MENU button to exit the settings menu without making a
selection.
3.2.7 Quality
The Quality function determines the level of compression the camera uses
when saving videos to a memory card.
1. In Video Mode press the MENU button.
2. Select Quality using the LEFT or RIGHT buttons.
3. Use the UP or DOWN buttons to navigate the menu, and press the
MODE/OK button to confirm your selected option (Super Fine, Fine,
Normal). Super Fine uses the least amount of compression for saving,
and as a result produces a higher photo quality.
4. Press the MENU button to exit the settings menu without making a
selection.
3.2.8 Sharpness
This function adjusts the visible detail of a photograph.
1.
In Video Mode press the MENU button.
2.
Select using the LEFT or RIGHT buttons.
3.
Use the UP or DOWN buttons to navigate the menu, and press the
MODE/OK button to confirm your selected option (Sharp, Normal, Soft).
4.
Press the MENU button to exit the settings menu without making a
selection.
3.2.9 Date Stamp
This setting allows you to imprint a date & time onto your captured video
files. Once a video file is captured with the imprint, the imprint cannot be
removed.

In Video Mode press the MENU button.
2.
Select Date Stamp using the LEFT or RIGHT buttons.

Use the UP or DOWN buttons to navigate the menu, and press the
