How To Assemble MoZ-Roller

Distinguish the direction

Identify the left and right frames, noting differences like the larger hole diameter on the left.

Prepare the roller drums

Place a flat washer on the left side axle of the roller drum before inserting it.

Assemble rollers to frame

Insert metal collar, flat washer, and spring washer from outside the frame, then loosely screw the dome nut.

Opening;Closing The Frame

How To Open

Bend the frame into Z-style, apply the roller belt to front and mid rollers, and extend the front frame until the locking lever clicks.

How To Fold Down

Pull the lock release lever and push the front frame downward to fold the frame.

About Front Roller Position

Setting the Front Roller

Adjust the front roller in 5 positions to fit your bike's wheelbase, setting it 10-15mm forward of the front wheel axle.

How To Install Front Guard

Installing the Front Guard

Install the guard between the front roller and frame; remove the inside washer if axle length is limited.

How To Install Foot Step

Foot Step Setup

Assemble the foot step by attaching the bracket, adjuster, and long nut, setting the adjuster length to 110mm.
