The subject in the picture is too dark Not enough light for the shot Switch on the fl ash
The subject in the picture is too light Subject is too close, fl ash is too
strong
Increase the distance to the subject
Light falling directly on the subject
or is refl ected from the subject onto
the camera
Change the angle of the shot
The fl ash is switched on and is
possibly not required
Switch the fl ash off
White dots appear on the image The fl ash light is refl ected by dust
particles or insects in the air
This is unfortunately a familiar effect
and is not due to faulty functioning of
the camera
(This is particularly evident when
shooting with fl ash)
There are marks and imperfections
on the image
Dirty lens Clean the lens using the MINOX
