NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY, EVEN IF
MIROIR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT WILL MIROIR’S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY EXCEED THE
PRICE PAID BY CONSUMER FOR THE PRODUCT.
