Maintenance and Care

Warning: Switch o the tool and disconnect the
plug from the power source before performing
and maintenance on product:
Remove dust and dirt with a cloth slightly
dampened with detergent solution. In doing so,
ensure that no water gets into the machine.

soleplate free of dirt to avoid the saw cuing
incorrectly. Clean ventilation slits with a
brush.
2. We recommend that you clean the equipment
immediately after you use it. For safe and
proper working, always keep the machine and
ventilation slots clean.
3. Clean the equipment regularly with a damp
cloth and some soft soap. Do not use cleaning
agents or solvents; these may be aggressive
to the plastic parts in the equipment. Ensure
that no water can get into the interior of
the equipment. The ingress of water into an
electrical tool will create an electrical safety
hazard.
Never use corrosive or abrasive cleaning
agents, as they may aack the plastic parts of
the saw.
4. The tool is permanently lubricated and does
not require oiling. Only used carbon brushes
need occasional replacement by new brushes.
When the carbon brushes wear out the tool
will spark and/or stop. The brushes are a
wearing component of the tool and should be
replaced prior to the carbon wearing out fully.
Always replace both brushes at the same
time.
CAUTION: the carbon brushes must be
replaced by a pair similar carbon brush.
5. After Use and before Storage-Regularly clean
the ventilation slots with a clean, dry paint
brush. Remove debris using a hard brush.
Lubricate the chain with oil. Store the power
tool in a secure, dry place, out of the reach of
children.
Do not place other objects on the power tool.
Disposal
Do not dispose of packaging or the product
through your household waste! The product and
packaging are made from recyclable materials
(plastics, metals, paper).
If the product is no longer suitable for use dispose
of it in an environmentally friendly manner in
accordance with your local council.
Warning: Dispose of used baeries according to
your local requirements.
Environmental
Protection
Recycle raw materials instead of disposing of as
waste. The product, accessories and packaging
should be sorted for environmental –friendly
recycling.
