This document is an instruction manual for the Mistral Coffee Capsule Machine, Model MEM700. It is designed for cooking with convenience and is suitable for use with Nespresso® or equivalent Coffee Capsules.
Function Description
The Mistral Coffee Capsule Machine, Model MEM700, is an appliance designed to brew coffee from Nespresso® or equivalent coffee capsules. It features a water tank, a handle for inserting capsules, a capsule holder, a small cup coffee button, a large cup coffee button (both with indicators), a cup holder grid, a drip tray, a capsule collection tray, a power switch, and a coffee outlet. The machine is intended for household use only and is not suitable for industrial or commercial applications.
To operate the machine, users fill the detachable water tank with cold water, ensuring it does not exceed the "MAX" level. A Nespresso® or equivalent coffee capsule is then inserted into the capsule holder by lifting and pushing down the handle. After plugging in the machine and turning on the ON/OFF switch, the indicators for both large and small cup coffee buttons will flash, then light steadily, indicating it's ready for brewing. Users can select either the large or small cup button to start the brewing process. Coffee will flow from the coffee outlet into a cup placed on the cup holder grid. The machine automatically stops brewing once the desired quantity is reached. During brewing, if there is a lack of water, the indicators will flash quickly, prompting the user to refill the water tank after turning off the power switch. After brewing, the used capsule is automatically expelled into the capsule collection tray by opening the handle. The machine will enter standby mode after 4 minutes of inactivity, with the indicator lights turning off; pressing any button will reactivate it. The small cup coffee quantity is pre-programmed to approximately 45ml, while the large cup quantity is approximately 75ml. The brewing process can be interrupted by pressing the selected coffee button once and resumed by pressing it again.
