Problem Solution
Indicator light don’t illuminate 1. Check that the plug has been inserted
correctly into the socket, that the power
buon has been pressed and that the
corresponding red light is on.
2. the machine is at standby mode, press the
Small or Large cup buon to activate it.
The machine makes a strange noise. check that there is water in the tank
The lights are on but no coee comes out. The capsule inserted may be faulty. Wait for a
few seconds, then try again with a new
capsule.
There are signs of water at the boom of
machine.
Make sure that the tank has been ed
correctly into position.
The capsule can’t be put into brewing cavity. Check if the capsule collection tray is full,
need to clean; maybe the handle didn’t open
fully in position, need to open again.
The capsule can’t fall down normally. Check if the capsule collection tray is full,

A slight hiss can be heard after the coee has
been released.
This is not a fault, but normal seling of the
pressure control valve.
The indicators of Large cup & Small cup coee
buons flash quickly, no response after press any
buon.

Turn o power switch, rell the water tank,
then turn the power switch on to retry.
