2.4 Conversion of the Projects
• FX3G-40M and FX3G-60M
A communication function expansion board and a special communication adapter can be used to connect up to two channels
of serial ports.
The configurable combinations are shown below.
■FX5S communication channel assignment
A communication board and a communication adapter can be used to connect up to two channels of serial ports.
The communication channel assignments are fixed regardless of the system configuration.
The configurable combinations are shown below.
Ex.
When two special communication adapters connected to the FX3G are replaced with two FX5S communication adapters, the
communication channels change from CH1 and CH2 to CH3 and CH4.
