Serial Communication Channel Assignment (RS-485, RS-232C)
When the FX3G is replaced with the FX5UJ, the communication channel assignments that can be used change.
Change the communication channels specified with instructions and parameter settings so that these channels match the
specifications.
■FX3G communication channel assignment
• FX3G-14M and FX3G-24M
A communication function expansion board and a special communication adapter can be used to connect up to one channel
of serial ports.
The configurable combinations are shown below.
• FX3G-40M and FX3G-60M
A communication function expansion board and a special communication adapter can be used to connect up to two channels
of serial ports.
The configurable combinations are shown below.
