This function acquires a 1 s counter value of a C intelligent function module.

• This function acquires a 1 s counter value of a C intelligent function module, and stores it in the 1 s counter value storage
destination (pulMicros).
• The 1 s counter value increases by 1 every 1 s after the power is turned ON.
• The count cycles between 0 and 4294967295.
Do not execute the CITL_GetCounterMicros_ISR function in a routine other than an interrupt routine.
