with the module power supply on.
Return the IP address/station number setting switch to the
setting it had when the module was powered on.

The module power supply voltage
is dropped.
• Check the state of the module power supply.
• Check if the power supply voltage satisfies the
specifications for the I/O module.
0250H Minor error Non-volatile memory
access error (IP
address)
The IP address cannot be saved
because an error in access to the
non-volatile memory was
detected.
• The IP address is not saved into the non-volatile memory.
• Take measures against noise with a shielded cable for
connection.
• If this error occurs again, the possible cause is a module
failure. Please consult your local Mitsubishi representative.
0251H Minor error Non-volatile memory
access error (error
history)
The error cannot be saved
because an error in access to the
non-volatile memory was
detected.
• An error that occurred at the time of or before this error
may not be saved into the non-volatile memory.
• Take measures against noise with a shielded cable for
connection.
• If this error occurs again, the possible cause is a module
failure. Please consult your local Mitsubishi representative.
0270H Minor error Remote reset disable
error
Remote reset could not be
performed because the setting of
the NETWORK switch or the LINK
SPEED switch is different from
the setting it had when the
module was powered on.
Return the NETWORK switch and LINK SPEED switch to the
settings they had when the module was powered on, and
then perform remote reset again.
