How to fix a Mitsubishi Electric PEA-RP170 that does not run?

If your Mitsubishi Electric Air Conditioner isn't running, first ensure there isn't a power failure. After power is restored, press the [ON/OFF] button. Also, check that the power supply is turned ON, and replace the fuse if it's gone. Finally, make sure the earth leakage breaker is properly in place.
