  If your Mitsubishi Electric Projector displays 'NO SIGNAL', ensure the connected device is powered on and functioning correctly. Verify that the external device is outputting signals and that the cable connecting the projector to the external device isn’t defective. Check the projector is connected to the external device using the correct terminals and that the connected device is correctly selected as the input source. If using an extension cord, replace it with the supplied cable to check image projection. If images are then projected correctly, use an RGB signal amplifier with the extension cord.

  If your Mitsubishi Electric Projector turns off, it could be due to several reasons. First, check if the intake and/or exhaust vents are blocked. If so, remove any obstructions and then wait for the fans to stop (until the STATUS indicator goes out). Unplug the power cord, wait 10 minutes, plug it back in, and press the POWER button. Also, the STATUS indicator being steady red indicates the lamp needs replacement. Check if AUTO POWER OFF is enabled and set it to OFF if needed. Finally, the lamp may have deteriorated and needs replacing.

  If no image appears on the screen of your Mitsubishi Electric Projector, try the following: First, press the BLANK button to cancel BLANK. Ensure that the lens cap is removed. Note that it can take about 1 minute for the lamp to light up. If the lamp doesn't light up, wait a few minutes and try again. If the projector was turned off before the lamp cooled down, the fan may start, and the POWER button may not work after plugging in the power cord. Set SCART INPUT in the FEATURE menu to OFF. Ensure the intake vent is clean and that the cables connected to external devices are not broken. If using an extension cable, replace it with the supplied cable for testing. If images display correctly after this, use an RGB signal amplifier with the extension cable.
