Thermistor troubleshooting flow chart
Start
Disconnect applicable thermistor
connector from the board.
Measure temperature of applicable
thermistor (actual measured value).
Check thermistor resistance value.
Compare temperature for thermistor
resistance value with actual mea-
surement.
Are they the
same?
Insert applicable thermistor connector
into board, and check sensor input
temperature on LED monitor for differ-
ence.
Are they the
same?
No abnormality
.
Change thermistor.
Check for connection
problem.
Change the controller
board.
