Adjusting the color purity
Your MITSUBISHI color television has a large screen picture tube
and color purity may be affected slightly by the earth's magnetic
field. For best results, follow the instruction below for color purity
adjustment.

E>Important:
O Turn off the TV set.
O Select the desired location and install the set. Determine the
compass direction where the set :is facing. Tile direction is
determined from the front of the screen facing forward.
Select the position for the DIRECTION switch according to the
chart below.

O Turn the TV on, and check the color performance.
If a color impurity is still present, change the STRENGTH
switch to position "1". If a color impurity persists after chang-
ing the STRENGTH switch position, press the degauss button
after a few minutes.
The color purity switches nmst be adjusted each time the set is
moved to a new location.
If a color impurity still persists after the re-adjustment of color
purity switches, contact your MITSUBISttI dealer or
MITSUBISHI Authorized Warranty Service Center.
