Table6.35 lists the self-diagnostics performed in the CPU module.
The error messages in the "Error message" column can be checked on the screen
displayed by selecting [Diagnostics] [PLC diagnostics] in GX Developer.
The numbers in the "CPU module" column correspond to the CPU modules as
indicated in Table6.34.
