Set the number of used points and latch range for each device.
* 1 : When changing the device points, the refresh ranges of the network modules and the auto refresh
ranges of the intelligent modules must be set so as not to be out of the corresponding device
points.
If the device points are set exceeding the corresponding device range, the data may be written
into other devices or an error may occur.
