Prepare the M108 by checking speed knobs, locking casters, ensuring stop button is released, and plugging in the unit.
Verify tumbler air pressure, install hoppers/chutes, check safety lights, guards, and press the start button.
Adjust tilt lift legs, start separator/tumbler, manage feed rate, and properly shut down the machine.
Understand automatic shutdown when the trim tote is full and how to restart the machine after emptying.
Install the fan housing onto rails and lift the separator lever to lock it into place.
Slide the trim tote onto the separator and install the AirThread Tension Tumbler through the lid.
Replace tumbler retaining rings, ensure wires are straight, and lubricate bearings with pump and air.
Install helical blades, spacer bars, and bedknives, noting their specific directional fitting.
Snap the tumbler brush back into place, close the lid, and pop the screens onto the front and back.
Unplug the M108, remove guard screens, tumbler brush, and unlock the lid assembly.
Remove blade bars, spacer bars, helical blades, trim tote sensor wire, and the separator.
Remove the fan housing and prepare for washing using degreaser and warm water.
Soak parts in degreaser solution, spray removable parts with degreaser, and rinse with a pressure washer.
