It is important that periodic maintenance be performed to keep your equipment in peak operating condition. Maintenance should be
carried out by a qualied technician. Depending on usage, schedules may vary, but we recommend the following:
▪ Check the interior of the boilers, and if necessary rinse out with a proper cleaning product allowed for food and beverage appliances
