If the local water system is not aligned with the above listed features, set the proper systems in order to
fall within the indicated values.
CONNECTION TO THE WATER DRAIN
Connect the drain "C" with a pipe of the same diameter, with a length between 0. 5 and 3 meters and
resistant to temperature of at least 100 ° C.
Such line must discharge through a siphon (80 mm heig
ht) in an open drain "O" ("Air
-
Break") or on a
grid floor.
In order to avoid that any backflow of the sewage system reaches the internal pipes of the oven or the
oven chamber.
Avoid contraction of flexible pipes or elbows on metal pipes, along the dr
ain.
Also avoid horizontal
sections to cause backwater (minimum 5% slope).
CAUTION:
THE DRAIN MUST ABSOLUTELY BE PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE OVEN PERIMETER.
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO REDUCE THE OUTLET DIAMETER.
