The oven signals “RUN DESCALING”; this signal appears when the oven is switched on.
When “RUN DESCALING is signalled, the boiler is disabled and the oven switches to direct steam mode
until the descaling process is complete.
The allowed hardness is between 5 and 8 French degrees.
The procedure must be activated under password, under the service section.
The descaling cycle consists in a first automatic stage, a second stage where the operator inserts the
descaler, and then another automatic stage.
IF THE DESCALING PROCESS IS INTERRUPTED, THE OVEN WILL CONTINUE TO OPERATE
AS IF THE CYCLE HAD NOT BEEN RUN (SIGNAL EACH TIME THE OVEN IS TURNED ON +
OVEN BOILER EXCLUDED).

11. TROUBLESHOOTING
OVEN
THE OVEN DOES NOT START

Check that the multiple pole switch is closed and there is mains voltage.

Check integrity of the oven protection fuses.

Ensure the oven door is c
orrectly closed.

Check to have correctly set the cooking cycle parameters.
-
Ascertain the oven is not in error.
THE FAN STOPS DURING FUNCTIONING.

Switch
-
off the oven and wait for the motor thermal protection to automatically reset.
-
Ens
ure that the cooling inlets are not obstructed.
WATER DOES NOT FLOW INTO THE HUMIDIFIER TUBES.

Check that the water shut
-
off cock is open.
THE IMPELLER DOES NOT ROTATE.
Check the water pressure, it must be higher than 150 kPa.

SHUT THE GAS SHUT-OFF VALVE AND/OR SWITCH THE APPLIANCE OFF AT THE MAIN
SWITCH INSTALLED UPSTREAM.
