햲 ZAA loop
The “ZAA” central disconnection module is
addressed when WI/WQ has a low resistance
compared to 0 V, or when the loop between the
connections WI and WQ is broken.
The “ZAA” card drives a constant current from the
output “WQ” through the monitoring loop to the input
“WI” of the “ZAA” card. The “ZAA” connection on the
digital output cards PS416-OUT-400/-410 pulls the
loop to GND in the event of a short-circuit. The short-
circuit is recognized by the “ZAA” card and regis-
tered by an input card, as shown in Fig. 3-8.
