Opening the double-catch door
1. Turn the handle left to release the catch halfway.
 This step allows the steam and heat to escape.
2. Turn the handle right to release the door fully.
3. Open the door.
NOTE
 These instructions apply to both left-hand and right-hand ovens.
 Close the door by pushing it shut.
