  If the spinning operation in your Montpellier Washer is not performed or runs late, it may be because the out of balance load control system has been activated. The out of balance load control system will try to spread your laundry correctly, and the spinning operation will begin after your laundry is spread. Place the laundry in the machine in a balanced fashion next time.

  If your Montpellier Washer doesn't start, several factors could be at play. Ensure the appliance is properly plugged in and that the fuse hasn't blown; replace the fuses if needed. Check that there isn't an electricity cut-off. Make sure you've pressed the Start/Pause button and that the program dial isn't set to the ‘stop’ position. Finally, ensure the machine door is completely closed.
