Usage Features

Installation: The machine requires careful installation, including the removal of four transit bolts and rubber spacers from the rear before operation to prevent heavy vibration, noise, and malfunction. It should be installed on a firm, level surface, not on carpet, to ensure proper ventilation and silent operation. The adjustable feet allow for leveling. Electrical connection requires a 220-240V, 50Hz mains supply with an earthed 10-amp socket. Water inlet connections should use the new hoses provided, with white-capped hoses for cold water and red-capped for hot (if applicable). The water drain hose should be connected to a standpipe or sink outlet, installed at a maximum height of 100 cm from the ground, ensuring it is not bent, buckled, crushed, or extended.

Control Panel Overview: The control panel includes a detergent drawer, programme dial, function LEDs, and an electronic display.

  • Detergent Drawer: Divided into compartments for liquid/powder main wash detergent (II), softener/conditioner/starch (III), and pre-wash detergent (I). A fluid detergent level plate is supplied for liquid detergents.
  • Programme Dial: Used to select one of the 15 available washing programmes by turning it clockwise or anti-clockwise.
  • Electronic Display: Shows the remaining programme time, selected additional functions, and current wash stages (pre-wash, wash, rinse, spin). It also indicates when a programme is finished ("END") or if a fault has occurred.

Operating the Machine:

  1. Plug the machine into the mains supply and turn on the water supply.
  2. Open the door, spread laundry evenly inside, and gently push the door until it clicks shut.
  3. Add detergent and softener to the appropriate compartments in the detergent drawer, following manufacturer instructions and load size. Do not exceed the MAX level for softener.
  4. Select a programme using the programme dial.
  5. Select additional functions (e.g., Temperature Selection, No Spin, Anti-Allergic, Easy Ironing, Pre-Wash, Extra Rinse, Cold Wash, Rapid Wash) by pressing the corresponding buttons on the control panel.
  6. Press the Start/Pause button to begin the programme.
  7. The machine will automatically detect half-loads and adjust the programme duration, water, and energy consumption accordingly.
  8. To cancel a running programme, turn the programme dial to "STOP," then to any other programme to drain the machine.
  9. At the end of the programme, "END" will flash on the display. The door can be opened, and laundry removed. Leave the door open to allow the drum to dry.

Safety Warnings:

  • Do not install on carpets that prevent base ventilation.
  • Not for use by children under 8 or persons with reduced capabilities without supervision.
  • Children under 3 should be continuously supervised.
  • Use only new water inlet hoses.
  • Ensure garments are free from foreign objects (nails, needles, lighters, coins).
  • Do not open the detergent drawer or force the door open while the machine is running.
  • Unplug the machine and turn off water supply when unused for long periods.
  • Do not touch the drain hose or discharged water during operation due to burn risk.
  • Do not use extension leads for electrical connection.
  • Do not touch the power cord/plug with wet hands.
  • Secure the drain hose to prevent dislodgement and flooding.
  • Do not store inflammable liquids near the machine.
  • Do not climb on the machine or lift it by the door/detergent drawer.
  • The machine must be carried by at least two people.
  • Keep packaging material away from children.
  • Keep cleaning materials out of reach of children.
  • Only use for laundry suitable for machine washing.
  • Do not operate if packaging or machine appears damaged.
  • Installation must be by an authorized service agent to maintain warranty.
  • Warranty does not cover damage from external factors (fire, flooding).

Maintenance Features

Cleaning and Maintenance: Always turn off the mains power and water supply before cleaning or maintenance. Do not use solvents, abrasive cleaners, glass cleaners, or all-purpose cleaning agents on the machine.

  • Water Inlet Filters: Clean every two months, or when the machine receives insufficient water. Unscrew hoses, use pliers to remove filters from the valve and hose end, clean with a soft brush and soapy water, then re-insert.
  • Pump Filter: Located behind a cover on the front-lower right corner. Clean every two months to prevent lint buildup. Place a container under the cover to collect water, loosen the filter by turning anticlockwise, remove foreign materials with a soft brush, then re-fit and close the cover.
  • Detergent Drawer: Remove and clean every two months to prevent residue buildup. Pull the drawer out, press down to release, clean with water and a soft brush, clean the housing, dry, and slide back in. Do not wash in a dishwasher.
  • Flush Stopper: Remove from the detergent drawer, clean thoroughly to remove softener residue, and refit.
  • Body: Clean the external casing with a mild, non-abrasive cleaning agent or soap and water, then wipe dry with a soft cloth.
  • Drum: Do not leave metallic objects in the drum to prevent rust stains. Clean rust stains with a non-chlorine cleaning agent, following manufacturer instructions. Do not use wire wool or similar hard objects.

Troubleshooting: The manual provides a detailed troubleshooting guide for common issues such as the machine not starting, not intaking/discharging water, vibrating excessively, forming excessive foam, or producing unsatisfactory washing results. It also lists automatic fault warnings (E01-E04) with possible causes and recommended actions, such as checking the door, water pressure, pump filter, or water level. For persistent issues, contact an authorized service agent.

Energy Saving Information:

  • Do not exceed the maximum load for the chosen programme to run in energy-saving mode.
  • Avoid using the pre-wash feature for lightly soiled laundry to save electricity and water.
  • Use shorter programmes for lightly soiled laundry and daily washes.
  • Perform regular cleaning and maintenance.
  • Energy and water consumption can vary based on water pressure, hardness, temperature, laundry amount, additional functions, and voltage fluctuations.
