Checkingtheadjustments
Itisimportantthatbothclamprollershaftsareadjusted
tothesameheight.Thefactorydefaultis17mmbetween
thetopofeachshaftandthetopofthewireframe.
Whenmakinganyadjustments,youmustre-measurethe
heightofbothshafts,toensuretheyaresetthesame.
Theeasiestwaytodothisis:
•Laythefirstruleacrossthewireframe,sothatitis
abovetheclamprollershaft(seeFigure45)
•Usingthesecondrule,measuretheheightfromthetop
oftheshafttothebottomofthefirstrule
•Adjusttheshaftsasnecessarytoensuretheyareboth
settothesameheight
Restartingthejob
Beforerestartingthejob,don’tforgettoresetthepaper
sizeasnecessary.
Itisimportanttoreturnbothclamprollershaftstothe
factorydefaultheightof17mmbeforebookletsofamore
typicalthicknessareproduced.
