E02 Motor 2 Fault
Cause: The cable of
motor 2 is not
connected.
1. Ensure that the cable of
motor 2 is securely connected
to the control box.
2. Check whether the cable of
motor 2 is undamaged.
3. After troubleshooting, press
any key (except M key) to
clear the error code and
return to normal operation.
E04 Motor 1 Hall Signal
Missing
Cause: The Hall
cord of motor 1 is
not connected.
1. Ensure that the Hall cord of
motor 1 is securely connected
to the control box.
2. Check whether the Hall cord
of motor 1 is undamaged.
3. After troubleshooting, press
any key (except M key) to
clear the error code and
return to normal operation.
E05 Motor 2 Hall Signal
Missing
Cause: The Hall
cord of motor 2 is
not connected.
