E07 Motor 1 Over-
Current
Causes: Overload,
Mechanical Fault
1. Reduce the load to stay within
the maximum capacity, or
troubleshoot any mechanical
issues.
2. After 8 seconds, press any
key (except M key) to clear
the error code and resume
normal operation.
E08 Motor 2 Over-
Current
Causes: Overload,
Mechanical Fault

issues.
2. After 8 seconds, press any
key (except M key) to clear
the error code and resume
normal operation.
E10 Desk Unbalanced
Cause: The two
motors are running
out of sync.
To reset the desk, use only the
DOWN key. Hold both the UP
and DOWN keys together for 5
seconds until the reset finishes.
Afterward, the error code will
be cleared.
Hot Motors Overheating
Cause: The system
automatically detects
when the motor tem-
perature becomes
too high, causing it
to pause operation.
Any key is invalid. When the
motors resume operation, the
hand control will display the
current height.
