If you're experiencing no or weak audio when using a headset with your Motorola Cell Phone: * **Headset connection:** Ensure the headset plug is fully seated in the connector socket. * **Connector socket:** If the headset connection is secure, the connector socket on the transceiver board assembly may be faulty.
