  If your Motorola Barcode Reader isn't scanning or deleting items, there might be several reasons: * The barcode could be damaged, so try a different one. * You might be too far or too close to the barcode; adjust the distance. * The scanning angle could be incorrect; try different angles. * The barcode type might be unsupported or disabled; try a different barcode and ensure the correct barcode support is enabled. * If the scanner is connected to a PC, disconnect the cable and try again. * The memory might be full; upload the scanner data or clear the memory by holding the Delete button for 6 seconds (note: this will erase all data).
