Voice Message
Youcanpre-recordagreetingsmessagetobe
automatically played to a caller when you are
absent and the voice message facility is
selected. Your radio will auto-record messages
from callers in your absence as long as you
have selected the voice message facility and
pre-recorded a greetings message.
To pre-record a greetings message:

the Voice Storage Recording alert sounds
momentarily.

12 Speak clearly into the radio microphone to
record your message.
13 Ensure that your greetings message is as
short as possible to enable maximum incom-
ing messages to be recorded.
14 Release the Record/Playback button at any
time to stop recording.
15 Press the Record/Playback button to playback
the greetings message.
