Turn Automatically sync app data off .
To collect messages, email, calendar or other app updates, you'll need to sync the accounts manually.
Tip: Turning off auto-sync can help save battery life. To start auto-sync after your battery recharges, turn
it back on .
Sync manually
1. Go to Settings > Passwords accounts.
2. Tap the account name.

Tap Account sync > > Sync now.
