2. Tap Power intensive apps.
Your phone scans for any power-intensive apps and lists them. Apps appear in this list if they frequently:

Wake the screen
•
Use GPS
•
Keep the phone unlocked and out of sleep mode for a long time
3. If you see any apps listed as power-intensive:
•
Turn off unnecessary notifications or reduce their frequency.
•
Change App optimized settings to minimize the app's background activity.
•
Change App optimized settings to restrict background data usage for apps that don't need
constant connectivity.
•
Consider uninstalling or replacing poorly optimized apps with more efficient alternatives.
•
Check for app updates and for updates to your Android operating system to take advantage of
performance improvements and bug fixes.
