TIP
You can vary the appearance of your
baguettes by making cuts with kitchen scissors
throughout the length of the baguette.
• Using the brush supplied, lightly brush the top
of the baguettes, while avoiding any
accumulation of water on the non-stick trays.
• Stack the non-stick trays in the baguette
baking rack - fig. 22.
• Place the baguette rack in your bread
machine in place of the bread pan.
• Press the button once again to resume
the programme and start the baking of
your baguettes
- fig. 23.
• At the end of the baking cycle, unplug the
bread machine - fig. 14 ; Remove the
baguette rack. Always use oven mitts as
the rack is very hot.
• Remove the baguettes from the non-stick
trays and leave them to cool completely
on a rack - fig. 24.
(1) At the first beep, add any additonal ingredients such as dried fruit and nuts.
