soapywater.
Ifthekneadingpaddleremainstuckinthe
pan,letitsoakfor5to10min.
•Whennecessarythelidcanbecleanedwith
warmwaterandasponge.
•Do not wash any part
in a dishwasher.
•Donotusehousehold
cleaningproducts,scouringpadsoralcohol.
Useasoft,dampcloth.
•Neverimmersethebodyoftheapplianceor
thelid.
Remembertocrumblethefreshyeastwithyour
fingerstomakeitdissolvemoreeasily.Only
active driedyeast(in small granules) must
bemixedwithalittletepidwaterbeforeuse.
Chooseatemperaturecloseto35°C,lessand
itwillnotriseaswell,morewillmakeitlose
itsrisingpower.Keeptothestatedamounts
andremembertomultiplythequantitiesifyou
usefreshyeast(seeequivalentschartbelow).
