E1 Supply voltage is above the rated voltage. Please inspect whether power supply is normal.
Power on after the power supply is normal.
E2 Supply voltage is below the rated voltage.
E3 High temperature of ceramic plate sensor . Wait for the temperature of ceramic plate return to
normal.
Touch “ON/OFF” button to restart unit.
E4/E5 High temperature of IGBT . Wait for the temperature of IGBT return to normal.
Touch “ON/OFF” button to restart unit.
Check whether the fan runs smoothly;
if not , replace the fan.
No Auto-Recovery
E0 The display board cannot receive the signal from the lter
board.
Check the connection between the display board and the
lter board
if not , replace the lter board.
EA The display board cannot receive the signal from the
power board.
Check the connection between the display board and the
power board
if not , replace the power board.
F3 Ceramic plate temperature sensor failure- -short circuit.
Check the connection or replace the ceramic plate
temperature sensor;
if not , replace the power board.
F4 Ceramic plate temperature sensor failure--open circuit.
F5 Ceramic plate temperature sensor failure—invalid.
F9 Temperature sensor of the IGBT failure--short circuit.
Replace the power board.
