  If your MrCool air conditioner isn't working, several factors could be the cause. First, there might be a power failure, in which case you should wait for the power to be restored. Ensure that the power is turned on. Check the fuse and replace it if it's burned out. Replace the remote control batteries if they are dead. Also, the unit’s 3-minute protection feature may have been activated, so wait three minutes after restarting the unit. Finally, check if the timer is activated and turn it off.
