If your MS ENERGY Scooter isn't changing speed properly or the maximum speed is too low, it could be due to a few reasons. A low battery voltage can cause this, so make sure to fully charge the battery. It could also be a problem with the governor handle, in which case you should replace it. Another possibility is a bad controller, which would also need to be replaced.
