4 x Swivel Eye Bolts
Examine eye bolts for corrosion, cracks, deformation and fractures. Conrm they swivel freely and
the Nylock nut, bolt and 2 x at washers are present and secure. Conrm sufcient bolt thread
protrudes; equivalent to at least half the depth of the nut.
