DDR2
240-pin, 1.8V
DIMM1/4 are for DDR2 memory module
Dual-Channel: Channel A in GREEN; Channel B in ORANGE
DDR3
240-pin, 1.5V
DIMM2/3/5/6 are for DDR3 memory module
Dual-Channel: Channel A in SKYBLUE; Channel B in PINK
These DIMM slots are used for installing memory modules.
Since DDR3 modules are not interchangeable with DDR2 and the DDR3 standard is not
backward compatible, you should always install DDR3 memory module in DDR3 slot
(DIMM2/3/5/6), and DDR2 memory module in DDR2 slot (DIMM1/4). Wrong installation
may cause damage of mainboard. Meanwhile, you are not able to boot up your
system if you install DDR2 & DDR3 memory modules simultaneously.

Dual-Channel mode Population Rule
In Dual-Channel mode, the memory modules can transmit and receive data with two
data bus lines simultaneously. Enabling Dual-Channel mode can enhance the system
performance. The following illustrations explain the population rules for Dual-Channel
mode.
