Music Function
For convenient access to your music
collection, click the Music button on
the Home page. Select the folder that
contains the music you want to listen
to.
To change the order in which folders
are displayed, click one of the Sort by
buttons. Click a folder to display
individual songs, then select a song
that you want to hear from the list in
the content area. All songs lists all of
the music available on your computer
by song title. Click Other folders to
access folders and drives that are not
currently displayed.
Click Update music to search your
computer for new music files. (Your
computer automatically searches for
any new music files, then returns to
the Music window.)
Folder contents are listed
alphabetically, while CD music is listed
by track order. Click Play to begin
listening to a CD or all of the songs in a
folder from the beginning, or select a
song that you want to hear from the
list in the content area. To play songs
in random order, click Shuffle. To
repeat all of the songs after they have
all been played, click Repeat all. Click
these buttons once again to disable the
function.
When listening to music, the following special controls are added to the pop-
up panel: Visualize, Repeat all, and Shuffle.
Click the Visualize button to watch computer-generated visualizations while
listening the music. To select a different visualization, press the CH Up/Down
buttons on the remote, or click the Visualize button on the player controls. To
exit the visualization, click anywhere on the screen.
